TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Crisper ("App", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"), provided by Tin&Co LLC ("Company"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
The license to use the Crisper app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA (Licensed Application End User License Agreement): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account, accessing, or using Crisper, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Crisper is a mobile application that helps you manage your groceries, track receipts, organize shopping lists, and reduce food waste. The Service allows you to scan receipts, track products, manage your kitchen inventory, and access analytics about your spending and consumption patterns.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT POLICY
Crisper allows users to upload, share, and manage content, including but not limited to receipts, product information, shopping lists, and profile information.
3.1 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content, abusive behavior, harassment, hate speech, or any form of inappropriate conduct. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
- Hate speech, discriminatory language, or content that promotes violence
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
- Impersonation of other users, public figures, or entities
- Inappropriate sexual content, nudity, or explicit material
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
3.2 NO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSIVE USERS
Users who engage in abusive behavior, harassment, or violate these Terms will face immediate consequences. We maintain a strict policy against any form of abuse, including but not limited to:
- Harassing other users through comments, messages, or interactions
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
- Coordinated harassment or bullying campaigns
- Sharing personal information of others without consent
- Any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment
4. CONTENT MODERATION AND REMOVAL
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, filter, modify, or remove any content posted on the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5. USER MODERATION
Users have the ability to block or remove other users from their interactions within the Service. If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, you may contact us at support@crisper.studio. We are committed to reviewing all reports and taking appropriate action, which may include:
- Removing objectionable content immediately
- Temporarily or permanently banning users who violate these Terms
- Removing or suspending accounts involved in abusive behavior
- Taking legal action when necessary
6. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS
Violation of these Terms may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Immediate removal of content that violates these Terms
- Temporary suspension of your account and access to the Service
- Permanent ban and termination of your account
- Ejection from the platform with no right to appeal
- Legal action when violations involve illegal activity
We reserve the right to take any of these actions without prior notice. Decisions regarding violations and consequences are made at our sole discretion and are final.
7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for:
- All content you post, upload, or share on the Service
- Ensuring that your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws
- Respecting the rights and dignity of other users
- Reporting objectionable content or abusive behavior when encountered
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account
- Providing accurate information when using the Service
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of content you create, but by posting content on Crisper, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
The Service itself, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Tin&Co LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. PRIVACY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Crisper offers both a free tier and a paid subscription ("Crisper Pro"). The free tier provides core functionality including receipt scanning, shopping lists, and kitchen inventory management. Crisper Pro unlocks additional features such as advanced analytics, detailed spending insights, and other premium capabilities as described in the App.
10.1 BILLING AND AUTO-RENEWAL
Crisper Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
10.2 CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Crisper Pro features until the end of your paid period. After the subscription expires, your account will revert to the free tier. Any data you created while subscribed will be retained, but access to Pro-only features will be restricted.
10.3 REFUNDS
All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. For assistance, visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 or contact Apple Support.
10.4 PRICE CHANGES
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice to you. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
11. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. The Service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tin&Co LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings to avoid further charges; account termination by us does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY USING CRISPER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR, AND THAT VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF CONTENT AND POTENTIAL PERMANENT BAN FROM THE SERVICE.
